Multi-tasking: Non!After a day of trying to get work done, but actually doing a lot of other stuff (reading blogs, answering e-mails, talking on the phone, making personal plans) I found this fascinating article: Work Ethic 2.0: Attention Control. I think I need a new New Year’s Resolution, but how do I learn to focus and avoid distractions? Any ideas?

This study from the Center for Women’s Business Research has lots of other good info. My favorite part is this statement: women business owners’ success comes from their ability to transition from working in the business to working on the business. We know that, but it’s so good to see research that supports it.
